Scribes Writers Literary Competition 2013, after having received entries from all the States and Territories in Australia, has now been judged and prizes awarded in both categories, Short Story and Memoir.
All prize winners including those Highly Commended and Commended have been advised but we would like to thank all entrants for their contribution and, further, would like to encourage them to keep contributing their work as they continue to grow in their skill.
This year we would particularly like to encourage the young people who submitted entries. The quality of these entries in an open competition was of an excellent standard and they more than held their own, to such an extent that the judges felt that it was appropriate to award Worthy of Mention certificates to this group.
